Lauren grew up in San Diego and then moved to San Luis Obispo to get her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Following this, she returned to San Diego where she got her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. She worked in San Diego in outpatient orthopedics and women’s health for many years before deciding to move back to the Central Coast in 2022 where she met Michael.

Lauren has specialized in orthopedics and pelvic floor therapy over the last four years. She is a board certified orthopedic clinic specialist and certified pelvic health practitioner through the APTA. She has has completed hundred of hours of continuing education courses in strength and condition, pregnancy and postpartum exercise, applied functional science, and women’s health.

Lauren loves spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, watching movies, reading books, playing board games and doing puzzles. She is passionate about providing education and resources to the community in a practical way to create sustainable health habits to improve life long wellness.
